Waterproofing & Leak Rectification

Waterproofing failure is the most common defect in NSW strata buildings, and it's also our core trade. We diagnose the source of a leak rather than just resealing the surface — stripping back and rebuilding the membrane to AS 3740, then reinstating tiling and finishes once the area is watertight.

Most of our current work is exactly this: bathroom waterproofing rectification for owners corporations, quoted and invoiced with the OC/owner cost split already built in.
